The lounge is comfortable and beautiful with ice water, hot tea, magazines and lots and lots of luxurious quiet. The 16 treatment rooms themselves are up one flight of stairs, and two are beautifully designed for couples (one with an eternity bath, the other with a fireplace). You can pay a very reasonable fee to use the spa facilities if you're not receiving a treatment. Just outside the spa is a fireplace with Adirondack chairs; a comfy spot for lunching between treatments. The guys shouldn't miss the mens' lounge in the Stillwater Spa. Because of the fire, comfy chairs and big-screen television, they usually don't want to come out. The Hyatt offers several casual dining options that are family-friendly, including the Sierra Cafe and Cutthroat's Saloon, which has an old Wild West ambience and western-style menu. During the summer months, there is a Lakeside Beach Bar and Grill and a Stillwater Pool Bar and Grille. For a special night out, the Lone Eagle Grille packs a platinum "wow" factor.
Once upon a time there was a tavern Where we used to raise a glass or two Remember how we laughed away the hours And dreamed of all the great things we would do Those were the days my friend We thought they'd never end We'd sing and dance forever and a day We'd live the life we choose We'd fight and never lose For we were young and sure to have our way. La la la la... Then the busy years went rushing by us We lost our starry notions on the way If by chance I'd see you in the tavern We'd smile at one another and we'd say Those were the days, oh yes those were the days Just tonight I stood before the tavern Nothing seemed the way it used to be In the glass I saw a strange reflection Was that lonely woman really me Through the door there came familiar laughter I saw your face and heard you call my name Oh my friend we're older but no wiser For in our hearts the dreams are still the same Lyrics taken from /lyrics/m/mary_hopkin/

We had to go one after the other for the treatments, OK but would be better if we had been able to go at the same time. However, the massage was good. Not much else to do. People were talking in the relaxation room and there were no refreshments as previous reviews suggest. This could have been due to a lack of staff due to sickness, but still, we should have received the same standard. Will not be recommending and will not return I'm afraid. … Date of experience: September 2019 Ipswich, United Kingdom 129 contributions 22 helpful votes The spa treatment was lovely, therapist very helpful and friendly. Felt that the changing rooms could do with a bit of TLC, the rainfall shower head was broken and the whole atmosphere let the rest of the spa down. But other than that all staff friendly and the rest of the hotel was lovely. … Review collected in partnership with this attraction Date of experience: October 2019
